Define and align project scope and objectives with the Project Sponsor

Plan and control timelines, budgets, resources, and project organization

Establish project structures, roles, and responsibilities

Lead and motivate the project team to ensure effective collaboration

Monitor progress and prepare regular project reports

Analyze, engage, and manage the expectations of relevant stakeholders

Ensure successful project completion and knowledge transfer

Identify and assess project risks

Willingness to travel as required for project activities

Several years of experience in project management, ideally in complex operational environment

Project management certification (e.g. PMP, IPMA) is an advantage

Sound knowledge of project management methods and tools

Proven leadership and team management skills

Structured, results-oriented, and proactive working style

Excellent communication skills in German and English

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
