Mastering the RF spectrum – Symlab AG was founded in 2016 and is growing steadily in the development and production of equipment such as jammers, receivers, transmitters, monitoring and classification devices, radio direction finders and antidrone equipment. Symlab AG, headquartered in Freienbach, is a subsidiary of Global Clearance Solutions AG, which eliminates explosive threats and enables the reconstruction of war-torn regions.

For our Symlab Team in Ostermundigen we are looking for you immediately or upon availability in an 100% capacity.

Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities Project Management:

Management and development of the project management team
Responsibility for adherence to project deadlines, budgets and quality standards
Introduction, maintenance and monitoring of project plans
Interface management with sales and production
Escalation management in the event of target deviations
Identification and implementation of organisational improvements in project management
Monitoring of KPIs and regular reporting to management
Moderation of project kick-offs and regular jour fixes

Responsibilities Customer Care:

Supporting and advising international customers throughout the entire after-sales cycle
Conducting product trainings and presentations

Your Profile

Completed degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in project management and customer care, ideally with management responsibility
Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
Technical understanding in the field of high-frequency technology
Willingness to work internationally
Fluent German and very good English skills. Additional languages are an advantage
Category B driving licence

Deine Aufgaben

Verantwortlichkeiten Project Management:

Führung und Entwicklung des Projektleiter-Teams
Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Projektterminen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards
Einführung, Pflege und Überwachung von Projektplänen
Schnittstellenmanagement zu Vertrieb und Produktion
Eskalationsmanagement bei Zielabweichungen
Identifikation und Umsetzung organisatorischer Verbesserungen in der Projektabwicklung
Monitoring von Kennzahlen und regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung
Moderation von Projekt-Kickoffs und regelmäßigen Jour Fixes

Responsibilities Customer Care:

Betreuung und Beratung von internationalen Kunden während des gesamten After Sales Zyklus
Durchführung von Produktschulungen und Präsentationen

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Customer Care, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
Technisches Verständnis im Bereich der Hochfrequenz-Technik
Bereitschaft international tätig zu sein
Fliessende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
Führerausweis Kategorie B
