Electromechanical Production Worker (m/f/d)

We are looking for you to join our team in Białystok, Poland immediately or upon availability in a 100% capacity.

Your Responsibilities

Responsible for the assembly of electronic components
Responsible for the assembly of mechanical components
Performing work in accordance with technical documentation
Repair and diagnostics of manufactured devices
Responsible for the checking the condition of spare parts
Taking care of entrusted property (tools, parts)
Cooperation with technical team employees

Your Profile

Ability to read technical documentation (Polish also in English)
At least 2 years of experience as an electrician, electrical fitter, or similar position
Well-developed manual skills
Ability to perform classic and hot air soldering - knowledge of THT assembly technology (lead and lead-free tin), knowledge of SMD surface mounting technology
Computer operating skills
Communicative English
Vocational education - at minimum
Accuracy, precision, independence, and commitment
Communication skills and personal culture

Nice to have

SEP 1kV G1 E certification
Ability to work in a team
Willingness to implement new solutions
Basic German language skills
