Who we are
Your Responsibilities
Service Management
- Responsibility for technical customer support (remote and on-site) in the areas of high-frequency technology, communications engineering, and RF systems
- Coordination of maintenance, repairs, and field service
- Ensuring and further developing SLAs, ticketing, and service processes
- Organization of spare parts, inventory, and logistics
- Conducting technical training sessions at customer sites (domestic & international)
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Ensuring documentation integrity and compliance with all service processes
- Operational management of electronic production and integration (6 employees)
- Planning and coordinating production processes, resources, and delivery schedules
- Responsibility for continuous process optimization
- Maintenance and further development of manufacturing and QA documentation
Your Profile
- In-depth expertise in communications and radio frequency (RF) technology
- Experience in service/field support and in the production of electronic products
- Ability to lead teams and work in an interdisciplinary environment
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and the ability to actively engage with others
- Structured, conscientious, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Very good German and English skills (French or Arabic: a plus)
- Enjoyment of a role with broad interfaces to development, service, production, purchasing, and sales
